The RoboDJ Support page is a great place to start. There are videos covering RoboDJ’s every feature and setting. BUT, I get it, sometimes that’s not enough. If you’ve hit a wall and need more personalized support, consider purchasing the VIP Support package.
✅ VIP Support Includes:
- Priority Email Assistance-15 hour reply guarantee (depending on time zones…I’m in PST). 10 support emails per year (new problems).
- One 20 minute phone support session per year, if email support doesn’t resolve problem.
- Annual Plan-Valid for one year from purchase date.
