AI Radio Prep — Terms of Service

1. Introduction

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of AI Radio Prep (“the Service”), operated by Content Media Group (“we,” “us,” “our”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Description of Service

AI Radio Prep is a subscription-based show preparation service for radio professionals. The Service provides daily curated content, a web-based dashboard, email delivery, PDF downloads, and optional integrations with third-party platforms including Facebook, text-to-speech providers, and the RoboDJ desktop application.

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

4. Subscription and Billing

The Service is offered on a subscription basis with monthly or annual billing. Pricing, features, and billing terms are displayed at the time of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

5. Facebook Integration

The Service offers an optional integration with Facebook that allows you to publish content to Facebook Pages you manage. By connecting your Facebook account, you authorize AI Radio Prep to:

  • Access a list of Facebook Pages you manage
  • Publish posts to your selected Facebook Page on your behalf
  • Read basic engagement data on posts published through the Service

You may disconnect your Facebook account at any time through the Account Settings page. Disconnecting immediately revokes the Service’s ability to post to your Page.

We do not access your personal Facebook profile, private messages, friend lists, or any data beyond what is necessary to publish to your selected Page.

6. Content and Intellectual Property

The show prep content provided by the Service is generated using artificial intelligence and publicly available data sources. You are granted a non-exclusive license to use, modify, and broadcast this content for your radio station and associated social media accounts.

You retain ownership of any custom content you add to the Service. User-added content is not shared with other subscribers.

We do not claim ownership of content you publish to Facebook or other social media platforms through the Service.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Share your account credentials or API keys with unauthorized parties
  • Resell or redistribute the show prep content as a competing service
  • Use the Service to publish content that violates Facebook’s Community Standards or any applicable law
  • Attempt to access other users’ data or interfere with the Service’s infrastructure

8. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party platforms including Facebook (Meta), Stripe, Dodo Payments, ElevenLabs, and Google Gemini. Your use of these platforms is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or policies of third-party services.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy of show prep content, uninterrupted availability, or fitness for a particular purpose. Show prep content is generated using AI and publicly available sources — we recommend verifying facts before broadcasting.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Content Media Group shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to lost revenue, broadcasting errors, or social media posting issues.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Account Settings page or by contacting support. Upon cancellation, your access continues through the end of the current billing period.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
