AI Radio Prep — Privacy Policy

1. Introduction
This Privacy Policy describes how Content Media Group (“we,” “us,” “our”) collects, uses, and protects your information when you use AI Radio Prep (“the Service”).
2. Information We Collect
Account Information: When you register, we collect your name, email address, and password (or Google sign-in credentials).
Station Information: During onboarding, we collect your station name, call letters, station format, region, country, and content category preferences. This information is used to customize your daily show prep content.
Billing Information: Payment is processed by Stripe (US customers) or Dodo Payments (international customers). We do not store your credit card number, CVV, or full payment details on our servers. We store your payment processor customer ID and subscription status.
Usage Data: We track which stories you mark as used, favorite, edit, or delete within the Service. This data is stored in your account and is not shared with other users.
Facebook Data: If you choose to connect your Facebook account, we receive a Page access token that allows us to publish posts to your selected Facebook Page. We access:
- A list of Facebook Pages you manage (to let you select which Page to post to)
- The ability to publish posts to your selected Page
- Basic post engagement data (likes, comments, shares) on posts published through the Service
We do NOT access or store:
- Your personal Facebook profile information
- Your friend list
- Your private messages
- Your photos or videos
- Content from Pages you manage that was not published through our Service
- Any data from Facebook users who interact with your Page
3. How We Use Your Information
- To generate and deliver customized daily show prep content
- To process your subscription payments
- To publish content to your Facebook Page when you initiate a post
- To send you daily show prep emails (if enabled)
- To generate PDF downloads of your prep content
- To improve the Service based on usage patterns
- To communicate with you about your account and Service updates
4. Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored in Google Firebase (Firestore) and protected by Firebase’s security infrastructure. Sensitive credentials (Facebook access tokens, TTS API keys) are encrypted at rest. Access to your data is restricted to your authenticated account.
5. Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties.
We share data with third-party service providers only as necessary to operate the Service:
- Firebase/Google Cloud — hosting, database, authentication
- Stripe / Dodo Payments — payment processing
- SendGrid or Mailgun — email delivery
- Facebook/Meta — only when you initiate a post to your connected Page
- ElevenLabs / Google Gemini — only when you generate audio segments (Pro plan), using your own API keys
6. Data Retention
- Account and station data is retained for the life of your account
- Daily show prep content is refreshed daily — previous days’ content is not retained beyond usage logs
- Generated audio segments are retained for 30 days, then automatically deleted
- If you delete your account, all associated data is removed within 30 days
7. Facebook Data Deletion
If you disconnect your Facebook account from the Service, we immediately delete your Facebook Page access token and Page ID from our systems. No Facebook data is retained after disconnection.
If you want to request deletion of all data associated with your Facebook login, contact us at support@airadioprep.com or use the data deletion request option in Account Settings.
You can also remove our app’s access directly from your Facebook Settings → Business Integrations.
8. Your Rights
You may:
- Access, correct, or delete your account data through Account Settings
- Export your data by contacting support
- Disconnect third-party integrations (Facebook, TTS providers) at any time
- Cancel your subscription and delete your account at any time
For users in the EU/EEA: you have additional rights under GDPR including the right to data portability, the right to restrict processing, and the right to object to processing. Contact us to exercise these rights.
9. Cookies
The Service uses essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.
10. Children’s Privacy
The Service is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service.
